Being bold” is a distinctive part of Bain’s culture. After nearly a decade at Bain, I have decided to be bold personally too: to leave Bain and create more space for family, personal goals, friendships, and whatever the next professional adventure may bring. It has been a truly special chapter of my career and life — full of learning, challenge, growth, and, above all, incredible people.
