I built my 72-year-old Turkish father-in-law a walkie-talkie that translates. I hold the button, say my thing, let go. A few seconds later his phone speaks it in Turkish, in a natural voice. He answers, and mine says it back in English. So we can finally talk without my wife interpreting every sentence and she can now talk to my mum. No app store. No accounts. Just two links. A real product, built solo by directing AI: 79 commits, seven milestones, ~2,700 lines across six days, PM to QA. Runs on any network, on under a euro a month. What I actually want to show isn't the code. It's the product judgment: accuracy over features, knowing what not to build, running my own security review before calling it done, and an honest ending where the launch that matters most hasn't happened yet.
