Launched this month, the Greggs Data Academy brings colleagues from across our business together to build practical data skills through apprenticeships, helping teams use data more confidently in their day‑to‑day roles. It’s about working smarter, as well as developing careers: improving how we use information to make better decisions, operate more efficiently and focus time and effort where it matters most. At the same time, it supports our culture of learning, giving colleagues the tools and opportunities to develop with the business as we continue to grow. We’re excited to see what colleagues do with these skills and the impact it has in teams right across Greggs. Baltic Apprenticeships
