Last week I had the privilege of co-hosting along with Lou Keyes Rithum’s President’s Club in Rome, Italy to celebrate our top sales performers from 2025. Over my 30-year career, I’ve attended many President’s Club trips — and this one ranked #1. Yes, Rome was incredible. My first time. Yes, the venues selected by the Ellidore team were breathtaking. Yes, the experiences were truly once-in-a-lifetime. But that’s not what made this trip special. It was the people. Our top performers — and their guests — made this event unforgettable. The energy, passion, and camaraderie were second to none. It was a powerful reminder that great sales organizations are built on great people. At Rithum, we talk a lot about our four pillars of success: Grit. Ownership. Team. Character. Our President’s Club winners embody these every day. These aren’t just words — they are the behaviors that drive performance, build trust, and ultimately separate good from great. Being a top seller isn’t easy. It takes discipline, resilience, accountability, and a relentless focus on improvement. It also takes the ability to win as a team while owning your individual outcomes. And when you do it right — you earn moments like this. Many said it will be hard to top this year. I say — let’s go for it. More winners. More wins. More fun. Lou Keyes thank you for taking the time and energy to attend. You made everyone feel very special and valued. #OneTeamOneRITHUM
