Just returned from an energizing week in London—Week 4 spent with an exceptional team at our London office. I traveled with our CEO, Lou Keyes, and his COS, Liz Benson Feigel, to meet with colleagues and customers across the region. It was a packed and productive week of leadership sessions, roundtables, interviews, 1:1s, deal reviews, and client visits. The opportunity across EMEA is significant, and our sales team is fully committed to winning more than our fair share. Continued investment in our EMEA talent and resources remains central to our 2026 growth strategy. The team is locked in, and I’m looking forward to being back the week of February 23rd to continue driving customer engagement and execution. Huge thanks to our leaders Philip Hall, Nistaar Chandhok, Govind Nair and Mark Howell for making the week both impactful and enjoyable. On to Week 5 as we push hard through the second half of Q1 and build momentum toward finishing strong. #OneTeamOneRITHUM
