Week 2 at Rithum is in the books—and it was an enlightening one. We hosted our Sales Leadership team in Raleigh for our annual Leadership Bootcamp, where we aligned on our game plan to Learn, Earn, and Grow in the year ahead. We spent two full days deepening our commitment to RWOS, sharpening how we lead, coach, and execute, and setting a clear expectation to raise the bar in 2026. A big thank you to our training partner kraftworx, who once again did an outstanding job facilitating and reinforcing what matters most as we continue to elevate our sales organization.
