🚀 The European public EV charging network continues to expand with a 7.3% pace in 2026.   According to EVBoosters - Powering EV Charging Careers’ EV Charging Market Monitor, the total European public charging network surpassed 𝟭.𝟯 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 in April 2026. The five largest markets now account for around 𝟲𝟲% of Europe’s public EV charging infrastructure.: 1️⃣ The Netherlands 2️⃣ Germany 3️⃣ France 4️⃣ The United Kingdom 5️⃣ Belgium Interesting to see is that smaller countries (in surface area) like the Netherlands and Belgium are strong in AC charging, while larger countries excel in DC fast charging. 🔌⛽ So, a high number of AC charging points supports local density, everyday charging and urban accessibility.
