🔋𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗔𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲! The 15 MW / 30 MWh battery energy storage system, developed by Green Energy Storage on behalf of Encavis, has 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗢𝗗) and is now actively trading on the Dutch energy markets. As grid congestion continues to challenge the Dutch energy system, flexibility is no longer optional, it is essential. With 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗔𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗻, GES adds flexible capacity where and when the system needs it most. Actively participating in FCR, aFRR, imbalance markets and congestion management, the system responds in real time to grid conditions. This is what a more flexible energy system looks like in practice.
