📍 Happening Now | National Youth Post Budget Dialogue 2026 GAYO Uganda is participating in the National Youth Post Budget Dialogue 2026, joining fellow youth leaders, development partners, civil society organizations, and policymakers in discussions on how Uganda’s budget can better respond to the needs and aspirations of young people. Our National Director, Isaac Ndyamuhaki, is contributing to the conversation on climate financing, youth resilience, green jobs, and inclusive development, emphasizing the need for increased investment in youth-led climate action and sustainable livelihood opportunities. As climate impacts continue to affect vulnerable communities, it is essential that public investments support resilience-building, environmental sustainability, and pathways for young people to actively contribute to Uganda’s development.
