Amplifying Youth-Led #CircularRegenerativeAgriculture Stories In this episode of our documentary series, we spotlight Gejja Women Foundation, a remarkable women-led initiative transforming lives through empowerment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable agriculture in Mpigi District. 🌱 Since 2017, Gejja Women Foundation has been creating opportunities for marginalized women and girls, including teen mothers, widows, and single mothers, helping them build economic independence and stronger futures. Through training in #RegenerativeAgriculture, #Permaculture, and sustainable farming practices, the organization is strengthening #FoodSecurity while improving household incomes and community resilience. Beyond agriculture, Gejja Women Foundation is equipping women with entrepreneurship skills and advancing #MenstrualHygiene through the production of reusable sanitary pads, creating a holistic model of social and economic empowerment. Their story demonstrates that #CircularRegenerativeAgriculture is not only about restoring ecosystems—it is also about restoring dignity, creating opportunities, and building resilient communities. As we continue to document and amplify inspiring stories from across Uganda, Gejja Women Foundation reminds us that sustainable development is most impactful when it places women and communities at its center. 🎥 Watch the full documentary and discover how women are driving #ClimateAction, #SustainableAgriculture, and community transformation through innovative local solutions. #WomenInAgriculture #WomenEmpowerment #YouthInAgriculture #FoodSystems #Sustainability #GreenJobs #ClimateResilience #Uganda #CRA Green Africa Youth Organization (GAYO) Youth Climate Council Uganda
