Savvy spearos know that herbivores are the Reef's natural lawnmowers, freeing up space for new coral growth. With climate change already stressing the Reef, these fish are working overtime to keep it healthy.      Aim up… and pick your shot carefully. The biggest fish are often the most important breeders. And remember, that fish that looks “about right” underwater can easily be undersize. If you’re not sure, don’t pull the trigger.     DO   ✅ Give the reef-grazers a break.  ✅ Be confident in species identification.  ✅ Check zoning rules before you dive.    DON'T   ❌ Spear fish you can't identify.  ❌ Spear on an angle that will damage coral.  ❌ Spear fish in closed zones.    Head to our website to learn more: https://lnkd.in/gqhBkTQB     #LovetheReef #fishforthefuture
