This is what confidence looks like from the outside 🎤 Mic in hand, on stage, fully in command of the room! You've probably seen posts like this from me and from others, coming in every other day. What you don't see? The doubt before it. The voice asking "why me?" The 2 am prep & scroll comparing to everyone who makes this look easy😅 Confidence on stage and confidence in your head are two different things; they don't always show up together 🙃 If you look composed but you're fighting a quieter battle inside, trust me, you're not alone🫶 Many people you see around you feel this too; they simply got better at hiding it. BUT Keep taking that mic, literally or otherwise🎙️ Also, make sure to take it slow when needed, rest!
