Successful hands-on training at Würth Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw 🛠️ As part of the expansion of the GRASS fittings portfolio at Würth Poland – particularly with the systems Dynaneo and Vionaro V8 – an intensive hands-on training was carried out in Warsaw 📍. Following earlier online sessions that laid the foundation, the focus now shifted to practical application. Targeted development of sales expertise 🎯 From a total of 80 sales representatives in the wood segment, 20 were selected based on their strong performance in the fittings category. In Warsaw, they further deepened their knowledge and will now take on an important role within the company: acting as internal experts and sharing their insights with colleagues 🤝 Experience products first-hand 🔧 The training placed a strong emphasis on practical work. Together with Dominik Volkert (Head of GRASS Academy) and Alexander Erlacher (Sales Manager), the participants installed and tested the Dynapro, Dynaneo, and Vionaro V8 systems on site. Working directly with the products helped develop key sales arguments and strengthened technical understanding in a sustainable way 📈 Participants left the training highly motivated and well prepared to apply their newly acquired knowledge in daily sales activities 💡.
