Over the past year, we’ve focused on meaningful change for our LGBTQIA+ colleagues from launching our Trans+ Inclusion Hub to supporting progression through targeted development programmes for LGBTQIA+ colleagues. These are just some of the ways we’re building a more inclusive culture - and that have contributed to our recognition as a Trailblazer.
