šŸ”ļø From Injury to Inspiration: A Himalayan Feat That Redefines Human Potential We are incredibly proud to share that our Co-Founder, BadKneesGuru - Sidharth Uniyal, has successfully completed an extraordinary Himalayan expedition — summiting FOUR peaks above 6,000 meters in just 5 days and 5 hours. āœ… Nirekha Peak (6,159m) āœ… Lobuche Peak (6,119m) āœ… Island Peak (6,189m) āœ… Mera Peak (6,476m) This achievement becomes even more remarkable when you know the story behind it. Sidharth has undergone three ACL surgeries, suffered major meniscus and cartilage damage, and currently functions without an ACL in his left knee. Just 15 days before the expedition, he twisted his knee again, putting the entire mission at risk. Yet, through unwavering resilience, disciplined preparation, and an unbreakable mindset, he pushed beyond the limits most people would accept. Project BadKnees was never just about climbing mountains. It was about sending a message to every injured athlete, every individual recovering from surgery, and everyone struggling with self-doubt: šŸ‘‰ Your setbacks do not define your future. šŸ‘‰ Your injuries do not determine your potential. šŸ‘‰ The human body and mind are capable of far more than we imagine. At Granimals, this mission reflects the very reason we exist — helping people regain confidence in their bodies and return to active, fulfilling lives. Over the years, we've helped 15,000+ individuals across 60+ countries recover, rebuild, and perform better. A special thanks to TrekNomads, Pemba Tashi Sherpa, and the entire expedition team whose expertise and support made this incredible journey possible. This is more than a mountaineering achievement. This is a story of resilience, recovery, and refusing to let limitations write your story. Congratulations, Sidharth. Your journey continues to inspire thousands around the world. šŸš€ #ProjectBadKnees #BadKneesGuru #SidharthUniyal #Granimals #RecoveryToPerformance #InjuryRecovery #MentalStrength #Resilience #AdventureSports #Himalayas #Leadership #Fitness #Physiotherapy #HumanPotential
