Through the regranulation of plastic from the injection molding process, GRAMMER CZ Zatec, Czech Republic has created an impressive approach: scrap parts are collected, ground, cleaned from metal particles, re‑melted, and enhanced with additives to restore full material performance. The result? Around 120 tons of plastic are returned to production each year - significantly reducing CO₂ emissions, cutting material costs, minimizing waste, and conserving resources.
