Feeling very humbled to be asked to share my Executive MBA journey for The University of Sydney Business School. It was certainly a challenging yet rewarding experience. Inclusive leadership is critical for driving high performce culture and allowing all diverse voices and ideas to be heard. This is one of the key themes I learnt in my journey.
