Hi LinkedIn Community - We're hiring for the AWS Frontier AI Startup team. This is the last open role on my strategic patch - covering some of the world's most strategic frontier AI startups. The bar is high. I'm looking for someone who has closed large, complex, $xxxM + deals into Frontier AI ecosystems - foundation model labs, physical AI and Agentic AI startups building at the bleeding edge of AI compute. If your experience isn't selling into Frontier AI ecosystems, this probably isn't the right fit. What you need: • Proven track record closing $xxxM enterprise scope deals with Frontier AI startups • Deep understanding of AI compute — GPU families, training clusters, inference at scale, and how frontier companies buy infrastructure • Self-starter who operates with significant autonomy • Highly collaborative across product, engineering, solutions, partnerships, and execs • Willing to grind I'll be direct: this is not a cushy job. We work with some of the most ambitious AI startups on the planet. The pace is relentless, the deals are complex, and these founders are deeply technical. You need to earn their trust. I will never ask anyone to work harder than I do. This is a team that grinds, and that is non-negotiable. The upside is equally real — massive deals, exceptional comp for top performers, and a once-in-a-career opportunity to shape how frontier AI gets built on AWS. Must be based in SF - in office in Fidi 3–4 days/week, visiting customers across the valley. For the right candidate, domestic and international relocation package might be provided.
