Change doesn't wait. And neither can organisations. That was the energy in the closing panel at #GRMF2026 WA. Matthew Helstrip (Southern Cross Care WA). Marija Andacic (The C Spot Australia), Paris McNeil and David MacLennan (City of Vincent) brought a clear view of what resilience looks like when uncertainty is constant and conditions keep shifting. The conversation moved beyond reacting to disruption. It focused on how organisations build the capability to anticipate, adapt and make decisions in motion, not after the fact. What came through strongly is that resilience is defensive and offensive. It's about responding well when things go wrong, but also using change as a catalyst to move forward, adjust strategy and strengthen culture. There was a strong emphasis on decision-making. Not just making the right call, but making timely calls with imperfect information and backing them with the right mindset and culture. A fitting way to close out the WA forum. Practical, honest and focused on what it really takes to lead through constant change. #GRMF #GRMF2026 #AnotherGoodDecision
