Senior Director, Youth Content Strategy and Initiatives at Major League Baseball
With Athletes Unlimited Softball starting up last week, we debuted on MLB Clubhouse (our new standalone YouTube channel for kids) a new episode of No Easy Outs featuring Montana Fouts of the Utah Talons. Montana tells her own story here and touches on topics such as dealing with a massive growth spurt, handling her parents divorce at a young age and bringing all those lessons from her childhood to the mound each and every start. After piloting the series last year, we worked with Kristen McGregor to audit our episodes from last year and I’m very proud with where the team has pushed this series creatively while sharpening the storytelling with a kids target audience at the center of each decision we made.
