Earlier this week, Sundar Pichai shared Q1 highlights across our AI products including the Gemini app, our developer offerings and Waymo. Beyond the topline numbers, here are some highlights showing our AI progress: 🍌 Nano Banana 2 hit a massive milestone: 1 billion images generated. Our latest image model achieved this in nearly half the time it took Nano Banana 1. 🎸 Since launching in the Gemini app, Lyria 3 has generated more than 150 million songs. 💻 Gemma 4, which we released just a few weeks ago, has been downloaded over 50 million times. In fact, our open models have now been downloaded over 500 million times. 👏 Q1 was our strongest subscription quarter ever for our consumer AI plans — with overall paid subscriptions reaching 350 million, including YouTube. 🚙 Waymo surpassed 500,000 fully autonomous rides per week, doubling in less than a year.
