Bryan’s career journey at Google started with the overnight shift in security. Today, he’s a licensed attorney and Global Intelligence Manager who leads one of the teams responsible for keeping our employees safe. He used Google’s Education Reimbursement Program to close the gap between where he was and where he wanted to be. While the financial support for his degrees was a game-changer, he credits his leadership for helping him manage the balance of working full-time while finishing law school. "The support from my leadership at Google was what made the finish line possible,” he explains. “My leadership didn't just 'allow' me to study; they supported me consistently throughout the five year process." Bryan’s advice for success at Google? "The willingness to be vulnerable to feedback,” he says. “In my experience, Googlers don’t often offer feedback to find fault, they do it because of a collective desire to produce the best possible product."
