Meet Friedemann, our Production Operations Manager. Friedemann Ehlert joined goodBytz two years ago and has since grown into the role of Production Operations Manager, helping build the foundation of our manufacturing operations along the way. Let's take a look behind the scenes of his work at goodBytz: What are you currently working on at goodBytz? “I'm building a manufacturing operation that scales without quality taking a hit, and I'm not doing it alone. My job is making sure everyone on the team can contribute. The foundation is solid now. What's next is stability, with clear processes, real quality management, less firefighting and more reliability.” What motivates you to work on robotics for everyday life? “From the very start, I've been sold on the goodBytz idea. Providing people with healthy food this way just makes sense.” What do you particularly appreciate about goodBytz? "Easy question: the colleagues. At first, it was intimidating to be surrounded by so many sharp minds. But you grow into it fast, and everyone's differences somehow come together into something great." What do most people not know about your job at goodBytz? "Kind of ironic, really – I work at a robotics company, but the most important part of my job has nothing to do with machines. It's about people. You don't build the best manufacturing operation with the best tools. You build it with the right team."
