Ángel de Viñas es una iniciativa impulsada por González Byass y su Fundación para preservar y recuperar viñedos viejos, protegiendo variedades autóctonas y el patrimonio vitivinícola de cada territorio. El proyecto suma un nuevo viñedo en Mallorca, en Santa María del Camí, donde junto a la bodega Jaume Puntiró trabajamos en la recuperación de 1,73 hectáreas de viñedo viejo mediante labores de replantación e injerto, evitando la desaparición de variedades como Manto Negro y Callet. Porque creemos que los viñedos viejos son patrimonio vivo: identidad, biodiversidad y legado de cada territorio que queremos proteger y mantener para el futuro. - Ángel de Viñas is an initiative led by González Byass and its Foundation to preserve and restore old vineyards, protecting native grape varieties and the winemaking heritage of each region. The project has added a new vineyard in Mallorca, in Santa María del Camí, where together with the Jaume Puntiró winery we are working on the recovery of 1.73 hectares of old vines through replanting and grafting work, preventing the disappearance of varieties such as Manto Negro and Callet.
