🌍 Leadership. Alignment. Impact. This week, I had the privilege of facilitating a powerful leadership development programme with 40 of our senior leaders from across the Mediterranean Area sub-region. Set against the stunning backdrop of Genoa, our time together focused on Accelerating our #AonUnited strategy, deepening strategic alignment, and exploring what it truly means to move from good to great. We delved into how we work together, how we lead with purpose, and how we can drive sustainable change—not just within our teams, but across our entire organisation.
