We are excited to see the new DSNY Brooklyn District 3 Garage highlighted by Building Design+Construction Media. The new sanitation garage features sustainable design elements such as copious daylighting, a green roof, photovoltaic arrays and a rainwater harvesting system. Goldman Copeland's MEP design includes robust electrical service, high-efficiency mechanical systems and placement of critical systems on upper levels to prevent flood damage.
