What a year 2025 🚀 I am excited to share what we’ve achieved with Rematter earth-timber floor slabs - and we’re just getting started! • 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 & 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Grew the team by 7, moved from pilot factory to our first micro-factory in Würenlingen (CH), celebrated with an opening event and installed 3 robotic systems to ramp up production • 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 & 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Produced Rematter slabs for 3 new buildings - including our first in Germany – talked to hundreds of engineers, architects, planners and timber manufacturers, supported many of their projects with the integration of Rematter slabs and cheered for multiple architects that won architecture competitions • 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 & 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐬: Developed new product typologies for residential, office and school buildings, expanded our catalogue of standard details (download coming soon), advanced fire testing for general German market approval and certified very good impact sound values • 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 & 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Started collaborating with our first wall-system partner EcoCocon and attended dozens of fairs and startup / investor events to connect • 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 & 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡: Published 2 publications, collaborated with students from ETH Zürich, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences and University of Hildesheim and contributed to the CHF 8m “"Think Earth" Regenerative Construction – Innosuisse Flagship Project” research program of ETH Zurich and prepared a 1-year lab test on thermal performance None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of Migros Pioneer Fund, Swiss Climate Foundation, #Klimup, Switzerland Global Enterprise, Innovation Booster - Circular Building Industry (CBI Booster), Venture Kick, Venturelab, Circular Economy Transition, SMART GREEN ACCELERATOR, Tech4Impact, W.A. de Vigier Stiftung, Switzerland Innovation Park Central, Kickfund, buildify.earth, ZPF Ingenieure as well as our outstanding business angels and advisors - who always had our backs while the Rematter team relentlessly worked to Rematter construction 🌍 Onwards to 2026! #migrospionierfonds
