Patrick brings nearly 20 years of experience across growth strategy, transformation, high-performance operating models, and technology — gained through consulting, private equity, and executive roles in Australia and overseas. Patrick began his career at Boston Consulting Group before spending time at incubator and company builder Rocket Internet and private equity firm Hoegh Capital Partners in London where he led transactions and drove asset turnarounds and growth. Most recently, he was Partner and leader of the Digital & Technology Practice at Partners in Performance, delivering digital transformation, AI strategy, and operational excellence programmes for major Australian businesses. Patrick's combination of consulting toolkit, technology expertise, returns focus, and operations experience is a powerful addition to our team. We're very excited to have him.
