This morning, five of our team members enjoyed a thought-provoking International Women’s Day panel hosted by She Codes Australia and Robert Walters: “Bias or Breakthrough? AI’s Role in the Gender Gap in Tech.” The discussion explored a critical question for our industry: Will AI accelerate gender equity in tech, or compound the biases already embedded in our data and systems? Representing diverse perspectives across AI and inclusion, the panel brought together industry leaders Matt Mueller, Founder of Voleno; Schellie-Jayne Price, Partner at Stirling & Rose; and Michelle Sandford, Microsoft Developer Engagement Lead.
