Glow is pleased to announce the appointment of new leadership in our global financing & insurance tech business. By adding a new Group co-CEO, Group CTO and Head of AI, and Acting-Group CFO, the Board has demonstrated its commitment to investment in our ongoing growth and scaleup capabilities.    Eric Pritchett, Group co-CEO & CEO for North America   Mr. Pritchett is the Co-CEO of Glow Services Corp, where he will lead the firm’s global Strategy, Technology, and Tech Operations across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. With over 20yrs experience at the intersection of finance, telecom, and artificial intelligence, he is dedicated to scaling Glow’s vertical software solutions to drive positive financial outcomes and inclusion for millions of everyday and under-banked customers worldwide.   Prior to Glow, Mr. Prichett served as President and COO of Terzo Technologies, an enterprise AI platform, and was the Co-Founder of PhaseCapital, a quantitative FinTech specializing in electronic securities trading. His career is rooted in strategic rigor, having served as VP of Corporate Strategy for Asurion and as a TMT management consultant at Kearney.   Kevin Redwine, PhD, CTO & Head of AI   As CTO & Head of AI of Glow Services Corp, Dr. Redwine leads the global engineering, data science, and product teams. He is responsible for the development of Glow's proprietary vertical software, ensuring that the firm's platforms are scalable and capable of connecting complex financial products in the loan and insurance categories to millions of retail customers.   Dr. Redwine brings a deep technical pedigree to Glow, having previously served as Chief Data Science Officer at Terzo Technologies, where he drove the early adoption of LLMs and other models to process unstructured enterprise data into structured metadata at exceptional accuracy. As a former co-founder in capital markets technology, he brings a builder mindset, blending high-level technical vision with the rigorous demands of low-latency automated trading.   Matt Hines, CPA Joins Glow as the Acting Group CFO & CFO of North America. As a CFO, Mr. Hines will oversee the firm’s global financial function, including financial governance, corporate finance, accounting, audit, financial statement construction and financial operations. He will play a central role in managing Glow’s role as a provider of financial solutions, while ensuring the financial health of the organization as it expands its footprint. Before joining Glow, Mr. Hines spent a decade in high-stakes financial leadership, notably leading the finance and accounting functions at Mailchimp. During his tenure, Mailchimp grew revenue over 10x in 10 years, ultimately exiting for $12.2Bn to Intuit. During this time Mr. Hines demonstrated shrewd financial controls through hyper-growth. Mr. Hines began his career in public accounting as an auditor. He also served as a Director of Finance at Intuit. *Appointments pending regulatory approval.
