⭐ Two tracks, one ambition: advancing female leadership at GlobalConnect ⭐ Good intentions are not enough if we want to become better at attracting, developing, and retaining female leaders. In tech, diversity in leadership is still a challenge. That’s why we chose to start by listening rather than assuming. Earlier this year, we asked our female leaders about their experiences, needs, and ambitions. Their feedback highlighted that one size does not fit all. Some value meaningful support in trusted one-to-one dialogue, reflection, and guidance in their leadership journey. Others want to connect with fellow female leaders, sharing experiences, and building relationships with people facing similar dilemmas and realities. That insight led us to launch two tracks: mentoring and networking. The program is sponsored by Anna Granö, Executive Vice President B2B, and driven forward together with Annette Otto, Senior Vice President People and Culture. Both know from their own careers how valuable mentoring, networking, and development opportunities can be. Our ambition is clear: to support development in current roles, strengthen long-term career aspirations, and build stronger connections across the organization. The mentoring track offers space for reflection, guidance, and personal development in the individual leadership role. The networking track creates a forum for peer connection, shared learning, and stronger relationships across GlobalConnect. Together, the two tracks are designed to create both individual impact and collective strength. We have now launched the initiative and look forward to learning from the impact it creates - for individuals and for GlobalConnect as a whole.
