The ‘S’ (Social) in the ESG framework is about supporting a healthy, diverse, and inclusive workplace while contributing to a securely connected society. In our 2025 Annual & Sustainability Report, we highlight several important initiatives across this area. In 2025, we: • Strengthened parental support through new initiatives including Stay Connected – a parental network for employees on leave – and a return-to-work benefit enabling employees returning from longer leave periods to work 80% at full pay during their first month back. • Continued investing in employee well-being through health screenings, mental resilience seminars, a company-wide well-being week, and a mindfulness program focused on supporting both mental and physical health. • Expanded leadership development by introducing shared EASY Leadership behaviours, strengthening leadership evaluations, and further scaling our tailored leadership training program – now reaching 245 leaders across the business. …to mention just a few of the efforts contributing to the “S” in ESG during 2025.
