I was happy yesterday to see Peter Takats —one of the last times in his role as Country Manager in Hungary 🇭🇺 Peter has been an industry benchmark for more than 30 years. He helped shape modern insurance in Hungary, built a great company, and significantly contributed to strengthening our position there. Over the years, many other great companies joined us in Hungary—thanks in large part to Peter’s support. When you ask Peter about the secret behind his success, beyond passion and discipline, he’ll point to his family. They are partly involved in the business and not only supported him in focusing on his work but also helped shape the values that still resonate in the company today. Thanks to these values, other strong leaders, companies, and colleagues have joined us. Family values 🫶🏻 provided the foundation to build a sustainable company with long-term vision and stability. That’s what RENOMIA is about—values. And a strong focus on keeping those values above the daily routine! Now it’s time for Peter to enjoy his children and grandchildren, dive into his impressive library, and slow down a bit. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for the talented Gábor Kovács who will take over! Gábor, good luck—we believe in you! 🙂 And thank you, Peter, for being exactly who you are!
