The sentiment in the room certainly said “WOOH!” at the World Out of Home Organization Annual Congress 2026! Held across three days, the conference brought together leaders in the global outdoor industry including our Chief Commercial Officer, Mike Gordon. And of course we gave delegates a warm welcome with creative on our neighbouring billboards. With WOO reporting 15% growth in outdoor revenues to US$54bn worldwide, the scale of the opportunity was clear to all, bringing a lot of energy to the conversation. Making a success of outdoor opportunities relies on simplicity, standardisation and transparency explained Mike. Essentially, the easier the process to buy outdoor, the higher the demand. Discussions across the event reinforced Mike’s recommendations and highlighted the importance of continued progress in creativity, sustainability, data and measurement, and regulation.
