From examinations live on air to the courageous exchange of stories and experiences, Capital Breakfast relaunched Balls To Monday for a second year this morning. Following presenter Chris Stark’s Testicular Cancer diagnosis last year, the campaign has once again been encouraging listeners to check themselves, know their bodies, and act quickly if anything changes. The brilliant Dr Amoss was back in the building and carried out a testicular examination on LBC’s Nick Ferrari live on air, all while talking listeners through the steps of a proper check. We also heard from Chris Hughes, who spoke movingly about his brother’s diagnosis and the difficult fertility journey that followed plus, a Capital Breakfast listener shared how listening to Balls To Monday last year encouraged checks that led to an early diagnosis and helped save his partner’s life. Campaigns like this demonstrate how simple conversations make a real difference. If you'd like to find out more, watch clips from today's show on Global Player. Let's keep talking and checking! 🔵 🟡 #Global | #BallstoMonday | #TesticularCancer | #Radio | #Health
