Located in the stunning landscapes of Norway, this impressive Global Hydro hydropower project is a great example of engineering excellence meeting renewable energy generation. 🌊⚡ At the heart of the plant is a vertical #Kaplan spiral turbine with direct drive, featuring a 1,650 mm runner diameter and generating approximately 3.2 MW of clean, renewable energy. Due to the plant's size and hydraulic requirements, both the spiral casing and the draft tube were assembled and welded directly on site, demonstrating the engineering expertise and dedication behind every Global Hydro installation.
