The industry’s five-year mission is a massive leap to Level 4 (High Autonomy), transitioning networks to cross-domain, proactive, and predictive decision-making. 🔹 The Rise of Agentic AI: We are moving past traditional machine learning into goal-driven multi-agent systems. Driven by Large AI Models, specialized agents (Orchestrators, Analysis, and Validation agents) dynamically plan, reflect, and collaborate via APIs to optimize the network with minimal human input. 🔹 Intent-Driven Management via GenAI: Generative AI is simplifying massive operational complexity. By deploying LLMs, operators can express high-level business goals in natural language, which the network independently translates into complex, multi-domain technical configurations and policies. 🔹 Risk-Free Network Digital Twins (NDT): Operators are establishing real-time virtual sandboxes. By continuously streaming live telemetry, NDTs allow telcos to run "what-if" simulations, inject faults, and validate security defenses safely before rolling configurations out to the live infrastructure. The journey relies heavily on aligned standards from TM Forum and ETSI to break down legacy data silos.
