"My name is Ian Huljev, and I’m originally from Sweden, although I spent nearly a decade living in Lisbon, Portugal. My passion for hospitality comes naturally, as I grew up in a family involved in the industry. From an early age, I developed a strong interest in people and in creating memorable experiences for others. This passion led me to choose Glion, where I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Business (Semester 4). Alongside my studies, I am part of the Ambassador Program, where I contribute to the Marketing specialization. This role allows me to further develop my communication and creative skills while actively engaging with and representing the school community. Throughout my time at Glion, I have grown both personally and professionally. I have completed an Food & Beverage internship at Almanac Palais Vienna and a Marketing internship at The Peninsula Hong Kong, both of which have provided me with valuable hands-on experience and continue to shape my path in the hospitality industry.
