Great discussions, fresh perspectives, and a shared ambition to shape the future of hospitality and luxury.✨ At the latest Hospitality & Luxury Insight Council, industry leaders and Glion faculty came together to explore the trends and priorities shaping our sector. Together, we identified five critical areas that will define tomorrow's leaders: financial and asset acumen, AI and technology, human-centric leadership, talent management, and responsible business. The Council also provided valuable recommendations to strengthen our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, reinforce our applied research agenda, and ensure our graduates are equipped with the skills, mindset, and industry relevance needed to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
