A small professional milestone I’m really pleased to share. I’ve been awarded Chartered Manager (CMgr) status by the Chartered Management Institute. This comes off the back of completing the UK Civil Service SCS Line Management pathway with University of Leeds over the last academic year, which gave me a great opportunity to step back and properly reflect on how I approach leadership and management. I’m very conscious that development like this doesn’t happen in isolation, so a genuine thank you to the people I’ve worked with and learned from along the way.
