Head of Service (Finance and Transformation) - Re-Advertisement We are looking for an exceptional and talented individual with a relevant business degree and/or extensive business experience coupled with a proven track record of management accounting and delivering complex change projects/programmes within financial targets in a complex, large-scale operational environment. A strong passion for the pursuit of service improvement underpinned by an effective and supportive governance framework that encourages stakeholders to work effectively together and to find new ways of delivering and developing services, whilst delivering financial efficiencies, is essential. An excellent communicator, the postholder will be at the forefront of transforming Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability. It is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-disciplined operational service delivering refuse collection, parks, roads, transport, parking, planning and property services. The role will provide leadership on business change capability development and ensure alignment, integration and prioritisation of project implementations.
