Eastern New Mexico University athletics has partnered with Southwest Cheese to provide its student-athletes with high quality whey protein. Glanbia’s Dairy Nutrition business operates the Southwest Cheese plant in Clovis, New Mexico, in a joint venture with DFA and Select Milk Producers, where it produces over 588 million pounds of premium block cheese and 36.8 million pounds of whey protein powders each year.
