Last week, we were delighted to attend the Malls & Stores of the Future Summit in Melbourne. Our Chief Operating Officer, Aatef Khayat, joined industry leaders in both a fireside chat and panel discussion to share how service providers can leverage augmented data sets to drive better operational outcomes. While our industry is human at its core, the opportunity lies in using data, AI and robotics to augment, not replace, the workforce. We’re particularly excited about the convergence of robotics and AI, and how this will enable service providers to become an even more integrated part of the decision-making ecosystem, working alongside both digital tools and frontline teams.
