🌍 The dynamics are clear: while G20 countries account for the majority of today's transport-sector GHG emissions, Africa is the continent with the highest growth rates – making it a critical voice in the global conversation. That’s why, during South Africa’s G20 Presidency, we partnered with Agora Verkehrswende to bring Africa’s perspective more strongly into the G20 transport debate. Together, we aim to strengthen the role of sustainable, inclusive transport systems in African debates – and highlight the continent’s importance in the G20 discussion.
