They say you can often tell what kind of company it is by the way people say goodbye when someone decides to leave. My farewell evening was one of those moments that reminded me how meaningful the past seven years at IBS Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Co. Inc. (UIB Türkiye) have truly been. Sharing this night with such an incredible group of colleagues made me realize once again that what truly defines a professional journey is not only the work we do or the milestones we achieve, but the people we share them with. A heartfelt thank you to #mywonderfulteam who thoughtfully organized such a warm and memorable evening. Your kindness and support meant more to me than I can express. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Murat Ciftci , CEO and Managing Partner, with whom I had the privilege of working shoulder to shoulder for the past seven years; thank you not only for the journey we shared and for the incredibly generous and honoring words you spoke that evening, but also for the thoughtful farewell gift — something truly special. The fact that you remembered and found it made the gesture especially meaningful.
