𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗘𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗲 𝗔𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝘇𝗺𝗶𝗿!🚀 Last week, the 𝗘𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗻 team visited our GA Izmir facility to carry out a comprehensive benchmark study aimed at sharing best practices and supporting mutual development. Representing Erensan, Büşra Deliorman, Emre Onel, and Ahmet Oruç participated in the visit and actively took part in both meetings and field studies. During the visit, the team attended the daily production meeting; explored what GAP is along with the methods and tools used in its applications; observed the Top15 and Top30 processes on the shop floor; and joined a Kaizen tour where ongoing improvement initiatives at GA Izmir were shared. In addition, Maintenance and Design committee processes and GA Izmir’s 5S structure were presented; OHS site tour, OHS documentation, and ergonomics were reviewed. Warehouse Kanban practices were examined. Information was provided on HR processes such as ADI, internal communication, polyvalence, and the timekeeping system. KPI evaluations and action plans were also reviewed during the morning meeting with the Logistics team. 🤝 We would like to thank our 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 teams for their support throughout the visit — and especially Ali Karakaya ,Bayram Çoban, Cem okay Al, Damla İçöz, Didem Beşer, ömer çelik, Özcan Zeytin, Sedat Kasırka, Uğur Karaca, and Yasemin Emmiyetli for their contributions.
