Strengthening Media Freedom Through an Accessible Complaint Mechanism The Ethiopian Media Council is a partner of the GIZ-implemented Support to Good Governance in Ethiopia (S2GG) Programme. It set up a press complaint mechanism in 2021 - yet until very recently, it had received zero media-related complaints.
