Givaudan’s social ambitions for 2030 aim to become an even more balanced and inclusive company. Over the past few years, gaining a better understanding of the barriers to career progression for women in front-line operations has enabled us to take targeted actions, ranging from infrastructure improvements to recruitment changes. Promoting female involvement in these areas has already led to a 2% increase in female representation in front-line operations over the past five years, supporting our Fragrance & Beauty goal of reaching 16% by 2030.
