On 15 June, Givaudan’s 2026 Evaluation Training Programme saw 24 evaluators across several continents gather for its annual two-week intensive programme. Led by internal speakers from Kléber, Argenteuil, Givaudan Perfumery School and the Digital Factory, a comprehensive schedule was devised to refine the evaluation skills of attendees, whose expertise spanned Fine Fragrance, Fabric Care, Personal Care and Home Care.  From ‘speed dating’ sessions with Givaudan perfumers to workshops highlighting pioneering fragrance technologies, attendees left equipped with a better understanding of the intricacies within the role of an evaluator.  As Fabric Care Category Director, Anne Sophie Poulard reflects: “Our annual Training Programme is an invaluable opportunity to fine-tune the talents of our incredible evaluators, particularly when it comes to fostering collaboration across categories and countries, all while developing know-how around raw materials, olfactory families and practical ways of working alongside perfumers and sales teams.” With Lady Vanessa Bonsol, Rui Heng Phang, Manon Carpentier, Léa Gilbert, Juliette Bertucci, Jayne Oleksiak, Guilherme Gomes Martinez, Delfina Garzelli van Gelderen, Pauline Bernasconi, Anastasia C., Julia Flower, Amy Lee, Regina G., Jun Ling Teoh, Mariam Malahayati, Amber Xu, Stella Tao, Sandi Li, Marcella Nóbrega Souto Fernandes, Samruddhi Jadhav, Zara Bocus, Magdalena Gorczynska, Ashli Hamilton, Marné Mostert #evaluation #evaluators #workshop #training #fragrance #givaudan #humanbynature
