This is not the typical Happy New Year’s wishes... it’s something more! After more than 12 years, on 1st January 2026 I will complete a chapter of my life that has shaped me profoundly, my journey with Bioscience. What began in San Marino in 2011 and continued in Dubai grew into an extraordinary mission: to help build one of the most innovative and impactful biotech realities in the UAE and in the MENA region. Alongside exceptional colleagues, we transformed ideas into therapies, challenges into breakthroughs, and uncertainties into milestones. Allow me to proudly say that we set the benchmarks of the existing regenerative market. Together, we processed thousands of biological samples, delivered several thousand treatments, and became the real 😉 first facility of our kind to obtain GMP certification in the UAE in 2016. But beyond the numbers, what truly defined this journey was the shared belief that regenerative medicine could be approached with scientific rigour, ethical responsibility, and genuine care for patients. For me, Bioscience has always felt like a personal project, something I helped nurture, safeguard, and develop from the ground up. That is why choosing to resign is not only challenging but also emotional. However, growth demands movement, and embracing new challenges is essential to remain true to my own nature and purpose. This transition marks the end of an important chapter, but also the beginning of a new one, filled with curiosity, ambition, and the desire to contribute to the next generation of advanced therapies and biotechnological innovation. I am deeply grateful to everyone who shared this road with me: colleagues, partners, patients, and friends. Your trust and collaboration shaped both my professional path and who I am today. I move forward carrying every lesson, every achievement, and every connection from this journey, ready to transform them into the foundation of what comes next ❤️ 🚀 I wish you all a Happy New Year!!
